Field level cause is good ,the cause for work at ground is good

Aide-et-Action is good only for core staff employees,it is least bothered about project staff on field, month after month salary is not disbursed and Aide-et-Action head office is silent,they are happy getting their own salary on time,HR is least bothered and funny part no offer letter, appointment letter even don't give experience letter but if one resign then all compliance has to be done. Holiday is not informed bcoz field staff and project staff will plan leaves, whereas core team is planning there own leave ,is no issue, no concern about project staff, project staff is exploited in Aide-et-Action. Conduct interview with false commitment, no leaves for project staff and if you take,salary is deducted, no salary slip is given ever, horrible place,even if you are jobless don't join Aide et action, Management is worst,busy counting their own perks. Project staff have to complete all work on time but HO and senior core teams will not indulge in anymatter where help is required regarding salary or any issues. Never ever join this organisation,you will lose your self esteem, learn nothing. Better be jobless rather than joining project at Aide et action, India.

In Aide et Action only Teammates are good, other senior colleagues are planing about their pension Yojana With Aide et Action

Dislikes

...colleagues are growing who have their god fathers others have long waiting list. Salary package also not good, Even the person who have 10+ exp they earn only 35-40 k monthly.

It mkes me use my professionalism ,it made my life totally different ,It has been a wonderful journey till now.it.makes me use my key skills and all the professionalism which I got from my reputed college IHM Srinagar .
