Management was horrible i dont know why people are leaving AIDA but no body cares and no salary incriminate no aida standard no good food duty hours too much if u got violation no body cares just work like a donkey. If u achieve target and what u get 10$ which is horrible. I am really disappointed with AIDA

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

...ere are parties and enjoyment for the crew good Indian food management is good .salaries are in time and they provide good bonus from time to time.u invest yours self in the company they will also invest in u for sure.😇😍

Hard work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
