People writing reviews are never fake.. its their experience and review is written to make sure others do not suffer.. The company isn't appreciative of your work. The CEO will micro manage everything and wash out all the efforts you have taken There is a lot of internal inter location politics You are not appreciated of the work you do The office encourages people to work till late.

It's the worse company u wil ever work with.. Forget work life balance, u can call ur self lucky if u ever get to sleep while working at AICL.. Oh and make sure u have chosen a decent shrink while you work at AICL, cause you will definitely need one..Also, please ensure u give up all your pride and self-respect before u enter their office premises..
