I would like to see more emphasis on professional development opportunities such as training programs and workshops to help employees stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Likes

The culture and specially HR team is very good and new HR head is very energetic and innovative. Greate place to work.

Dislikes

There are some areas for improvement but comparatively the company is leading in Heat Furnace industries. And I am proud of that I part of the AUPL.

Usually the work life balance is OK. If your boss is good, you may be able to take leaves when required.

Dislikes

No canteen. Location is also way outside the city. Few old timers control the management and there is lot of politics and backbiting. Not suitable for long term career.

The Company is OEM of Industrial Heat Treatment Furnace.Company has very standard Austrian Design which used to integrate in India.It is collaboration of Aichelin Austria And Unitherm Engineers India.Company has now a days good market.

Dislikes

Higher Work Load, more than 2 production managers were terminated as March end dispatch not cleared.( it never going to clear, just for blaming failures ) Termination from Service as project/ production gets down.(Already done in 2015) 5-9% increment for which 1 Year must be complete in March. NO PL for new comers for which 1 year completion necessary in January. No Saturday off for Mechanical Design Engineers.( Earlier 2 Saturday working canceled ) Health insurance of 1 lack cover only not covering father and mother.

1.Supporting Managers 2.Good employee Engagement activity I liked yearly cricket tournament.

Dislikes

1. Insecurity about job as they have history of laying off employees in case no new orders. 2.Too busy and occupied with work, very stressful environment. 3.Sometime felt like working under very tight surveillance of HR. 4.Junior HR thinks like they own the company.
