...s company, poor Bengali, insecure style, never ready to learn new management . Salary level is very poor, director & COO gets 40 lacs CTC. overall , never join this company, they are fraud and they feel happy in destroying career of new person who joins. this is poorest company in Building material industry.

All of Good like teammates, training, job security, travel,politics,learning, work environment, innovation, work-life balance. But Carrier growth & salary not so good. So i have trying to change the better placement...

Its growing organisation in India & great place to work specially if someone interested to explore his capabilities in Laminates Industry. Good Japanese management, stable work culture.

Dislikes

... 60% market share in Japan. Continuous training for team for their motivation. Company has to be good pay-master for high motivation & to achieve Goal beyond set target & multi growth. Since its one of the biggest group of Japan hence it should diversify its product range in India & try to capture bigger market share.

The company is based on Japani group, they are keen to business , they are innovating new technology to improve product day by day, company operating more than 5 country. This very good company.

Company is growing fast, there is some management issue are there so they are not giving there progress to employee,so growth to employee very slow .
