They always credited salary at 5-7 of the month. Thats the only thing I liked about AI workspace. Otherwise its a loss of time to join here.

Dislikes

Everything except the credentials of salary. They always cut 2-3 OT s from you. If you don't ask for it, they will never give it. There is a lot of politics and the management never adresses your issue. Its a complete waste of time to work here.

It ensures job security to some extent.Work culture plays an important role in bringing out the best out of employees but sorry to say I find it toxic sometimes by seeing interactions in group chats, behaviours and attitudes of some people in workplace. Management encourages sometimes but doesn't care much about employees. Company policies are up to the mark.

Salary structure is very poor. It's high time to improve it. It's been 2 years almost I joined this organisation I see no future in this company. I feel demotivated sometimes. At the end of the month I am not satisfied with the amount I am getting after putting a lot of effort. Some TLS misuse their position and publicly humiliate us out of nowhere. I think a person who is a team lead should know how to speak to anyone and should have basic manners.
