I really appreciated my internship at Aivariant for several reasons. First, the exposure to real-world healthcare data allowed me to work on impactful projects that had the potential to improve patient outcomes. The challenging nature of the data, including its complexity and sensitivity, helped me sharpen my data cleaning and analysis skills. I also valued the collaborative environment, working alongside domain experts and experienced data professionals gave me insights into how analytical solutions can address real business problems. the mentorship i received helped me grow both technically and professionally. Overall, the internship not only strengthened my technical skills but also deepened my understanding of how data can drive decisions in critical industries like healthcare.

While my internship at Aivariant was an enriching experience, one challenge i faced was complexity of healthcare data and the need to adhere to stringent data privacy regulations. This required extra care in handling and cleaning data, which sometimes slowed down the pace of analysis. However, this challenge turned out to be a valuable learning experience, as it taught me the importance of balancing accuarcy with compliance in sensitive industries. Another aspect was the steep learning curve in understanding industry-specific terminology and requirements. However, I appreciated the opportunity to overcome this by collaborating with domain experts, which ultimately enhanced my problem-solving skills.

i love the variety of projects. It’s something new often, and the variety breaks up routine-type work. There’s also a lot of research involved, which is nice. I’ve focused on R&D roles, which provides ample opportunities for variety and research. If you know a lot of different aspects of business and some lean six sigma, you’re well-placed for a generalist-type position. The bad usually involves frustration with changing jobs and sifting through a lot of companies that don’t know what they want and the general vagueness associated with the title. I think it’s already starting to be parsed out in the tech industry. You have machine learning engineers on tech teams and data scientists in the business divisions. However, most companies are still hiring their first “data people.” It’ll probably be another 10 years before positions are very defined across different industries and geographic locations.

Actually, from my perspective Internship should be Done Offline. So, we can get that environment which we will be facing in future. And we can learn more about the profession and work.

The teams are highly co-operative, the trainers are proficient providing appropriate reviews of the work. They are very knowledgable on the subject and can also provide insights on career and further growth. The meet times are shared beforehand to avoid confusions and misunderstandings.

The member grouped with will always not be communicating and that is a place where the co-ordinators need to look into. Apart from that the completion time required for the project is much lesser than what they give if it is shorthened then a person can do more projects in that span of time.
