The pay package is decent and started with good perks, but lately after the management change things are drastically different. Hybrid work style, pantry has an oven and an empty fridge. The front reception guard is friendly and helpful.

The leadership is weak, with no vision and loaded with personal ego. The fundamentals are off. Layoffs are handled poorly. Zero mentorship, expect 200% delivery from day 01. Some non-tech teams are bloated. False promises during onboarding, leaves are not at all flexible. Lack of transparency and communication makes day to day operations difficult Work culture is toxic due to few leaders, 50% workforce is interns who are paid/threatened to leave good reviews. Poor work life balance and poor job satisfaction.
