...ny because they do not want to do any work.Here everyone is the manager himself. Here there are also salespersons who takes 50k to 55k salary but they do everything except sales. These salespersons see the maintenance of the office, what politics is going on in the whole office and what is not, by seeing all this it means that they automatically become managers. They just don't see the sale. Basically simple to say there is no designation criteria here because if you are joined as a computer operator it means you may have to handle reception like a receptionist while receptionist is absent or goes to home early also the working environment is very pathetic. They pressurise the junior staff and there are some people who do their promotion with their own mouth, they don't need anyone's approval. There are many people who take credit for your work here and one more thing if you are joining for billing counter then you are lucky because there are 2 people here who teach you well and you will also enjoy working with them if you have to work in back office. You will get useless knowledge and a lot of politics in the back office and the back office work pressure will make you mentally disturbed. The real manager here is Vineet ji. He is very supportive to the staff but only in certain situations and remember again he is the only manager and no one is manager except him and all the rest persons are sales person there is no manager other than Vineet ji and one thing they all keep busy applying butter to Vineet ji. What is evil here other than evil, first of all you will not get good salary here, nor is lollipop licked in the name of increment and appraisal

The HR here is Brij Gupta, He is a HR just to say, the real HR is There is a woman named Meena who decides your salary, who herself does not know what will decide the salary of the employee.HR Brij Gupta just got the interview with us and Meena entered his leg in the middle of the interview . She was forced by the interviewer and the salary will get decrease If you are one minute late. Meena is a very arrogant lady. She was very cruel she Is responsible for less salary in this company and made fake promises to new joiners. The HR department is also in very pathetic conditions the salary makers girls didn't know how to make salaries because they are not professional HR executives the girls are joined for receptionist and with increment of less Salary promoted her with HR executive and they will make the wrong salaryies of the employees

Only thing is that in Ahujasons that You have job security normally they don't kik out any buddy.

...th pass guy who is pursuing his graduation but ahujasons gave me opportunity to work, though with a low salary but a lot of learning and new things are there.

Salary is low as compared to the work, working hour in Export division are 9.5 hours a day. For new joining, no ESI & PF facility, which you might not going to have even after 2-4 years. Your Job title in company is not the same as of the work actually you are doing.

Hello friends iam Sandeep Singh joined ahujasons as a cashier in November 2020 before joining ahujasons my salary was 20 k and I lost my job due to corona pandemic so I joined ahujasons with a less salary because they knows what is going in market that time and after I joined in mall of India they have store in mall of India in sector 18 .the culture of ahujasons is very pathetic and you never earn respect in ahujasons because almost 95 % employees are not graduate in ahujasons. So its very tough to survive in ahujasons. Manager is not helpful and other colleague will not help you in any situated and let you down always. So I joined 17800 rs in hand salary but but they will not give you a Offer letter, salary slip and Experience letter and they will also not give a PF and Increments they just give only in hand salary so iam trying to saying that Ahujasons is not for young generation and not for talented persons. Because 90 % employees are 40 plus age group in ahujasons and still you can see very clearly in each stores of ahujasons.So my dear friends please don't join ahujasons when you are graduate and looking for job because they always hire peoples in October because October to February the peak season is start in ahujasons and they earn lot of profits in these 5 months and still they don't give any kind of incentive to the employees. I worked for 1.5 year in ahujasons because of no jobs in market. And ahujasons never care of their employees.ahujasons have many stores in delhi such as in mall of India, Karol Bach, south ex , khan market and in vasant kunj promenade mall. They are basically a lala company or fraud company. If u guys make your carrier so pls never try in ahujasons. And lastly I would like to thanks Ambition box because this is only the right platform to discuss true things about the company and Youth must be aware about the company policies and culture.

One of the worst company I ever seen ohhhh sorry ahujasons is not a company by the way this is a lala ki dukaaaaaan.please my dear Friends never join ahujasons when you are well and if you are talented because in ahujasons 90 % employees are 40 plus age group in ahujasons so please don't spoil your future in ahujasons And the worst thing is I worked for 1.5 year in ahujasons and I don't have any kind of proof like Offer Letter and Experience letter. The Culture of ahujasons is like a VULTURE.

Please try to avoid getting any kind of opportunitie from this firm as they are very bad giving appraisal and holidays also you will not get any gazetted holiday, Their HR department is very smart as they asked only candidate name and address and give them recruitment👏👏👏.
