They are good only if you say yes boss and just do what they tell you to do....no need to use your skills or mind...

Dislikes

No systems in place Decisions keep on changing Chinese people have no trust in Indian People No Authority No visibility of future No career development No skill development Even if you want to implement industry best practices, they are not willing to accept All employees and vendors are paid only till they are of use to company
