New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. Ahmednagar is very old yet updates with new knowlege n sources if your are freasher its a good experince to learning so many thing as teacher n lecture bit staff ,books, access to media everything is very helpful for a leaner to learn n how to teacher in a practical manner .there is ricksha stand near by , hostel facilities canteen etc growth is there for sure but the vacancies r limited over all its a good college ..

There is job security if your eligible but as a freasher or temparory staff the salary is very low near 8k is there politics involved as every institution have but less as compare
