They often ask the safety team to perform tasks like barricading, ensuring access, and other responsibilities that are supposed to be observed by the safety team. However, as per the company's SOP, these operational roles are meant for someone else.

The working capacity of employees is not seen monitoring in this company management & the company management officials discriminate & discriminate among employees those who are incharge of the company's executives their increment or promotion is not good or the work of other hardworking employees is ignored or they are not even promoted. Their qualification are ignored even by the headoffice and they are not promoted despite their work profile qualifications.

All Saturdays working. However all of them are half days by still atleast 2 Saturdays must be off.
