Company no matter what your talent & mehhant ..what your reference .... reference people without interview good opportunity & very high salary & Incriminating time don't judge your talent only relative nepotism refrence ...my joining is very big scam joined time my salary 30 thousend but after join company my salary is 20 thousand ... before my company pay 28 thousend ...my life is very bad & I learning this company don't trust senior management ...

Well it all depends on site management, Basically Ahluwalia is good company but poor site management makes it bad by unhealthy work timmings but job security is there..but if run through good site management.

Salary packages and benefits must be satisfactory to compensate for the staff time and efforts Mostly deploy less staff and work timmings is also issue.

1. No appointment Letter/Salary Breakup even after 3 months 2. Gross discrepancies of responsibilities Committed vs actual at site 3. Unprofessional, no work culture. Create your own mail id to do official work. No induction process. 4. Site management extremely abusive, use filthy languages with everyone as if this is the culture of organization. Used to throw papers/files on employee's face if found unsatisfactory 5. Doesn't not show minimum respect to elderly staff if he is of lower designation 6. No clear Mediclaim policy. Employee has to pay premium to get reimbursement 7. All Sundays working till 5..pm 8. Leave will be denied and salary would be deducted 9. Mess facilities horrible. You have to cook your own food after coming back from site at 10.pm everyday. However senior manager is there to look after cleanliness of toilets 10. New joinee would be insulted by a simple sentence (Isko kuch nehi malum/How much donation you had paid) 11. Very poor knowledge of item rates, contract, claims 12. No work life balance

Company Training environment is nothing culture is very bad nothing safety nothing salary giving timing junior staff pramotion nothing. This is not good for this company increment salary timing very poor.
