...e is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisal arey fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I liked the payment salary on time.

The working capacity of employees is not seen monitoring in this company management & the company management officials discriminate & discriminate among employees those who are incharge of the company's executives their increment or promotion is not good or the work of other hardworking employees is ignored or they are not even promoted. Their qualification are ignored even by the headoffice and they are not promoted despite their work profile qualifications.

1. Flexibility on decision making permission for betterment of work quality in less time. Good 2. Bonding between seniors and juniors build up long term relationship. 3. Present HSE policy of company - safe work environment 4. Training program - for enhancement of quality for engineers and labours as well

Salary structure doesn't suite tax payers.

Company with job satisfaction and good salary packages. Will never kick you off unless you do any unduefull activity. Nice company to learn and enhance your professional skills.

All Saturdays working. However all of them are half days by still atleast 2 Saturdays must be off.

Good for fresher. You can learn from your mistakes Senior gives you free hand for any job and guide you .

...e. Otherwise all is good. But system runs in here by pen and paper till now. Here you have to pay half of your health insurance premium.
