Salary on time. 15-20 days delay is not matter of concern now a days in construction sector.

Kolkata R.O mechanical department incharge having no technical knowledge & he feels inferior when his junior has sound knowledge. He plays very cheap politics to demean his junior officers by using his influence. Company is good but local management plays dirty politics

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is not fair as per anyone's expectations and also late.

The working capacity of employees is not seen monitoring in this company management & the company management officials discriminate & discriminate among employees those who are incharge of the company's executives their increment or promotion is not good or the work of other hardworking employees is ignored or they are not even promoted. Their qualification are ignored even by the headoffice and they are not promoted despite their work profile qualifications.
