... managment is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and every year bonus.

BBraun is really a good company which has also been rated “great place to work” and “great place to work for women”. No job security.. Dirty politics.. Finance head sitting in Mumbai is one of the worst person.. Worthless, selfish and opportunist people. . also financial condition is bad..loss making organization.. Not recommend to join

The company's culture is great and the machinery is based on German technology which is excellent. Work-life balance is also acceptable. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Mostly person are from Pharmacy background and I am from engineering so basically I have lack of Mentor's guidance which had a worst impact on my learning skills. Other department Managers do not value my suggestion to improve the production capacity, reducing rejection, manpower planning means from Lean Six Sigma practices they even don't value my strength. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers and for new joiners. I discussed everything to my Manager many times but unfortunately, couldn't got good response.
