Likes

The company's culture is great and the machinery is based on German technology which is excellent. Work-life balance is also acceptable. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Mostly person are from Pharmacy background and I am from engineering so basically I have lack of Mentor's guidance which had a worst impact on my learning skills. Other department Managers do not value my suggestion to improve the production capacity, reducing rejection, manpower planning means from Lean Six Sigma practices they even don't value my strength. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers and for new joiners. I discussed everything to my Manager many times but unfortunately, couldn't got good response....Read More

Work Details

I was the only one in the Operational Excellence department so there was no work for me and that's the only reason I have to quit the job because of no learning and work. Also, there is no mentor for me who can guide me to work in a Lean environment.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
