Ahl is my first company as i want that i work in a MNC company so it is good for me This company used letest technology to work. he try to make fully automatic Assembly line. He used lot of senser for safaty in machine . This company always prefer safaty first and than quaility . My knowledge is increase here in the area of KAIZEN,,Hh,KY,and self discipline. It is a Japanese company so i trend under the guidence of Japanese member. I am satisfied​ with company rule and his policy but some engineers of quality and production compromise with quality of product and do not listen our terms so we are irritated with this behavior.

Dislikes

Here nothing for learning so growth is slow . i want some technical work not only assembly like a robot. Here nothing to do some extra and here is no information about my job security. So i dislike a little.
