I worked in this company and I notice one thing, in other dealerships, they don't respect their executive but in this dealership, they respect their sales executives. They were so polite and humble. And the team which I got was so helpful. I'll be happy to rejoin this company again.

New management systems is not working properly as it was before.

Worked with Aher Autoprime Because its near by house so comfortable for travel and other thing is it's open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology so l m too happy that I am a part of this company

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but there no growth , very high work , some time I facing problem to attend the customers because of stock availability
