Hi, I just informed new joiner on this company for I was working hear last 10 years and their is no any profit to me personally. Salaries not credited on time all the time. I waste my valuable 10 years on this company and I support 24*7 work on it to growth AGS company. But their is no value on it. Their is internal politics with mangers and they only growth their good relationship people. I suggest all who is looking IT Professional couriers don't waste time with this kind of company. because your will realize after wasting your valuable life time and your filly shameless your self. So be ware and stay away this kind of company if you want to growth yourself.

When they are not given my salary on time that time I am reedy to pay out one month salary to company but Tajas manager and Deepraj TL not relies me easily. I have to fight all the time to get me relies with clear also they are stop my last one year increment one February. means almost new Appraisal coming for next years that time. That is company faulty they are not credited my increment last 11 month. that is not my fault.

AGS have open to innovated for many thing to IT related letest tchnology.I love this fact that i am also a part of a team.I work happily in collabration.

Compensation is descent,but growth is slow.I do apperciatin email from client but go unnoticed during my mid year appraisal.

salary on on time, less benefit you have to work hard for clint location and you get very less salary

There is no any issue in working but the main issue of AGS that is AGS is unable to provide a developed and do skillfull plateform and also unable to out him Engineers from a comfort zone.

... provide a plateform where Engineer can able to think about develop His Country. There is nor career grouth, no best Salary and no more thing.

I like that in every department like, ATM, Retail & BT, secure value, petroleum. have very good support from hire authority to ground level support.... Especially in roll outs and regular support also......AGS gives us job security and promote as per engineer performance, Here career growth is slow, salary/appraisal point of view AGS experience is too bad, As per traveling engineer have to get the chance in travel in remote areas and also got the opportunity to learn something new about different cultures, nature and natural beauty....I learnt many things from this organisation Especially about politics...

Compensation is decent but career growth is too slow. But there is no work pressure..... engineer have to work only on given task and update the same on daily basis.....but in few critical or isolated situations we have to respond with immediate effect to avoid loss and it also helps to reduce escalation from user end.....
