there is nothing likable in this if there were starts in negative I would five (-5 starts )

worst company to start with, they take you by giving false promises, salary is a major concern in this company, won't receive salary till 3 months, if asked about salary hr says they have no update, call again there will be no response from them, and we had a project manager called Praveen Shukla, the worst manager ever, not at all supportive, take any suggestion no response, ask about salary, he clearly says to leave the job and go, and I been working with this company from past 4 years there is no appraisal, if asked they says, next year , so totally, Worst company, worst polices worst hr department.

Do donkey work to get chance to learn a new thing and to get help from seniors. HOD of petroleum Department is really great and appreciable person to discuss everything. Sachin patil manager is really great manager i hv ever seen.

Politics from ur seniors is really worst thing i was suffering from. No timely salary and travelling allowance reimbursement Seniors are not good and they fill juniors are only competitors who can't Help them to achieve their goals. Team leader is uneducated and illiterate who handle degree Holding engineers to showcase what worse can be happened to u at AGSTTL. Management and IT Department not fruitful. More of donkey work rather than smart work.

There is no any issue in working but the main issue of AGS that is AGS is unable to provide a developed and do skillfull plateform and also unable to out him Engineers from a comfort zone.

I like that in every department like, ATM, Retail & BT, secure value, petroleum. have very good support from hire authority to ground level support.... Especially in roll outs and regular support also......AGS gives us job security and promote as per engineer performance, Here career growth is slow, salary/appraisal point of view AGS experience is too bad, As per traveling engineer have to get the chance in travel in remote areas and also got the opportunity to learn something new about different cultures, nature and natural beauty....I learnt many things from this organisation Especially about politics...

Compensation is decent but career growth is too slow. But there is no work pressure..... engineer have to work only on given task and update the same on daily basis.....but in few critical or isolated situations we have to respond with immediate effect to avoid loss and it also helps to reduce escalation from user end.....
