I love to work in ags in day shift but unfortunately my bad luck I was not able to continue in ags due to my personal reasons and I hope in future it might be happen and I thank ags for giving me the opportunity to work in ags and learned and gained some knowledge and friends....good luck

It is good to work in ags at the same time the employee flexibility need to understandable by the organisation because the employees only providing the revenue for the company so employees needs to be fulfilled first nothing else thank you good sign of working in ags

Work life balance is just awesome. There is no micro monitoring and employees will have complete freedom. Excellent incentives. You will get your leave whenever it needed.

The only likes in this company is environment and work life balance. Also no restrictions for dress code, if you had personal work and you have to go office, no need to iron formals and wear you can wear jeans and casual shirt.

Company has changed lot. Changes in the sense doesn't mean company improved aga went very good to worse in every year. If you applying for AR caller then you good to go, if you apply for team leader or other posting hardly you will be working for 6 months. Once management changed everything has been changed. Coming to appraisal even if you put your hardwork and after one year you will be sitting in second category. In current appraisal very least employees reached A+ slap even if you have 4.60 plus rating for one year based on your scores, but some useless calculation your appraisal rating 4.10 to 4.20. AGS healthcare are downgraded lot in last 3 yrs in everything.
