I love to work in ags in day shift but unfortunately my bad luck I was not able to continue in ags due to my personal reasons and I hope in future it might be happen and I thank ags for giving me the opportunity to work in ags and learned and gained some knowledge and friends....good luck

It is good to work in ags at the same time the employee flexibility need to understandable by the organisation because the employees only providing the revenue for the company so employees needs to be fulfilled first nothing else thank you good sign of working in ags

High politics in promotions Will set you production number which is highly impossible to met They will conduct fun activitys when we are in high work pressure. Which is not making any sense. Work life balance was absent. If you are willing say about my team lead who is promoted now as supervisor.. such a brainless who didnt even know what he is doing, we can simply call him as idiot

Worst think is worst management and managers. Even you eligible for appraisal and incentives they did not approve that. Even we have 2 plan monthly means they calculate is as deficit and we have to extend on Saturday. Exceptionally manger Madhan vilvapathy university hospital manager one of the worst person I seen in my carrier .
