Good work environment and culture.Teamamtes are supportive and the managaement is not that much transparent but it's ok. Now a days new People have joined in the company and they are trying ti spoil the company. Though i have not entered into the company i heard that there is a huge cafeteria for chilling and if we work hard there is chance of getting good hikes..

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues . Salary is not that much decent but career growth ja slow. On the job training is also given for little time period only.

Likes

Job security is very good. Promotions are prioritised for the employees working within the company rather than seeking outside resources.

Dislikes

No benefits for employees in the area of salary if they started as a fresher and continue to work for many years.

Work culture of AGS is I liked most. The atmosphere of office is really nice. But there is no support from office for me at lockdown and they fired me

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but the work pressure is very high. Even you left office after 11 or 12 hours they will ask you to comeback and work and continuously calling for the known information. TL's does not known anything about process, even some TL's does not have basic computer skills itself

Fresher can get good salary. Experience don't get salad hike at all. Max salary for hike for person how is getting 28k is 500 to 1000

Experience person cannot get hike. Cost cutting. Not paid for the work.

I worked in the ARKM vertical, and here's honest take : -No leaders, only bosses who hold back your progress instead of presenting opportunities. -Workshop and meetings are conducted merely to tick off periodic KRA checkboxes, not for genuine knowledge sharing. -Direct heads and team leads rarely offer meaningful appreciation or feedback. -KRA-related feedback and improvement points are nonexistent yet appraisal ratings are adjusted to suit supervisors preference not the data. -Team lead (PT) and Senior manager (RA) often spin narratives to maintain a fovaorable impressions with higher-ups. - Want Promotions as per ability ? forget courses and upskilling, join the rigid queue system which is manage honestly by senior manager.
