If you want a job so that good but if you want anything like salary, learning, promotion so company ags say are you kidding with me we are hire only labour not employee So if you want feel as employee don't join ags

Good environment to work. Friendly colleagues, team leads and managers. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give incentives based on our work and our learning curve will be very high

The basic salary is not upto the mark and the career growth is a bit slow

Ags health is best job security company and growth. For Freshers it is a good company to adapt for work culture and learning process.

Dislikes

Salary hike is not good if you are experienced in same company,There is incentive plan where we can earn upto 8500 but that's not easy to get. We can earn 1k to 3k mostly. Instead of incentive plan they better plan to hike salaries that could be better for employee to work beyond expectations. Sometimes we dont even get incentive everymonth.
