Everything. No job security. Unethical work environment. No code of conduct. No Laws for women safety and security. There is nothing in the name of policies. Agrow staff is not serious about their work. They don’t care about the deadlines. Management is drastically pathetic. Some people come office dressed like gundas. No sense of speaking and behaving with colleagues. Salaries are always delayed. In Covid time management harassed more than anything with terrible working hours at home. They reopened office in may 2020 only without even think about the safety of their staff. Lala company. Unprofessional environment at all. Pressurise you to do their personal legal work in office timings. If you deny they will ask for your notice period. Owners treat employees like their servants. Team leaders are even more pathetic. They do not think about their team or just to think about their own profit. No credit of work done. In owner’s words This company is a Family but in my words this company is more or like a fish market where people sell their fishes in louder voice. The temperament of owners is zero 0. Do not recommend anyone to join this fish market. A Big “NO” to this Company.

Positive work culture is one reason I like to come everyday and work at Agrow Allied. Secondly is the supportive and understanding management. I enjoy the sincere appreciation I receive from my boss and also the people I work with.

Good place to work. Friendly and safe working environment for employees. Team leader and teammates are very supportive. Management is transparent and your skills are always appreciated and valued. Overall wonderful experience.
