If you take more than 30 mins lunch break, warning email will hit you. If your bio-breaks exceeds they will harrass you. -DONT EVER STEP IN THIS GOLDEN CAGE. No opportunity for promotion. There are some advisors stuck in same position for more than 3 years. -Don't fall for the smiling faces of recruiting HRs. They will make you life miserable once you Join.

the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. i love the fact that i am a part of team thats markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base . i also like the employee re-hire policy here.

In this company, apart from business to business, due to business to consumer sales, the distributor faces the issue of rate cutting in the market and hence the sales in the field go down. On the contrary, when there is pressure of sales, then there is difficulty in facing this challenge.
