New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Good team, nice training got at Manage Hyderabad, no job security, high level politics, no work life balance.

Dislikes

High work pressure, high level bossism, Every decision depends only on higher management one man army show. Egoistic Management. While resignation they ask for collecting PDC and ODS cheque from dealer to RSM. and while submitting they refused to relieve and Full and final settlement. Very bed experience in past 12 years of work in industry. I never suggest any one to work in this organisation. They did it with every employee who wish to leave this organisation.
