1- Office Politics 2- Toxic Work Environment (Blame Shifting / Zero work life balance / Partial Work Culture / Favoritism and many more) 3- No Job Security 4- Below Average Salary 5- Upper Management is super Pathetic and Abusive. 6- No fixed day for salary(Expect Delay in Salary by 3-10 days every month) 7- Strict Timings and if you're late by a minute, you're salary will be deducted. 8- No Appraisal/Promotion 9- No career Growth (0 Skill development) 10- After working for 10 hrs for 6 days you'll be asked to work on Sundays as well (Well! You won't be paid a single penny) 11- Leaves are only approved when you're dying. (It might sound funny but it's the harsh reality)

Enthusiasm of the employees who are working so hard for the organisation despite not getting rewarded anything.

...anagement is so pathetic, No clear thought process, Favouritism and partiality. 2: HR Team: No knowledge of the policies, Unsupportive & Arrogant Behaviour, No proper onboarding/exit process, Unnecessary Salary Deduction. 3: No FnF: You don't get your FnF after resignation unless you are close to founders or Sr. HR Manager. 4: Working Hours: You have work more than 10 hours (Working Hours 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM)

Working hrs is flexible and Culture is good.

Dislikes

There is no growth on this and no pay job security, behavior of seniors is very rude and there is lot of favoritism, increment of 5% to 10% in appraisal, Company shifts to multiple locations in 1 year so there are a lot of problems.

Nothing to like about Agrim, bad work culture, bakwas company h bilkul agritech kehne ki koi strong data nahi h customer and supplier dono end pe, inke according purchase aur sale badhane k liye 5 ghante ki calling kardo 200 supplier and customer se connect krlo , this is what they meant to purchase and sales. Purchase manager bhi Beth ke calling karte hai and sales head bhi calling kar rhe h , call centre ghoshit kar dena chahiye ise . Upar se sare customer and supplier ek dusre ko jante h koi data privacy nahi h .

According to higher management, inke according executive k liye evaluation metrics h call minutes and call count aur output naa ye toh aur count badhao. Agriculture related company h but season and market factor ko consider nahi karti h. Idhar employee se kaha jata call nahi kar sakte toh resign kardo , aur koi kaam nahi h idhar . Sunday bhi bulate h , girls ko bhi late night work karwate h even girls k kehne pe bhi unhe timely nahi nikalne nahi diya jata h, salary hike k naam pe 2000 badhate h idhar
