Worst company,don't consider joining No work life balance Rude upper management thinks because they pay you u r there dog Will blame u for there faults and asks u to resign and will torture u to resign. Appraisal is 5% HR is a lawyer of engineering manager and cto Company treats engineer as a daily wage worker Don't join as u will be switching after a year anyway because of toxic work culture

1. Appraisal is equivalent to 0%(Even when you work like a dog). 2. No work-life balance at all. 3. Management is so poor that they don't even know what's happening inside with their product. They don't even know about their own products. 4. CTO don't know anything, you can consider him as a dummy. 5. Zero learning. Overall don't even consider joining Agribazaar.

Agribazaar is not a good company at all. They would say you to Resign same day and HR Mr Jude will Call that Your Resign should Come Same Day Before 4 PM. One Morning at 9am I Marked my Attendance and At 12pm Haryana's Regional Manager Jay Bhagwan Called Me That You Have To Resign today with My 2 More Colleagues from Punjab. This is Just the Lala Chaap Company. I Advise everyone to not to join this Lala's Dukaan. After fire you they will not pick your call Ever.

Everything was bad in this lala chaap company. One day Haryana's Regional Manager Mr jay Bhagwan Called me that I have to Resign same day with my 2 Colleagues. After his Call Company's HR Mr Jude Called me that we have to Resign before 4 PM same day without any notice before in past. How can a company take this illegal Action. We Didn't Have the money just thats why we couldn't file a Case on company . I Request everyone to not to join this fake company.

I was part of testing team. They lack professionalism and manners to treat other colleagues. Specially person named Asutosh Rawat speaks in a very rude manners with others specially the testing team members. He doesn’t know how to talk and conduct himself in a professional way.
