Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The ambience and the environment of the school is so homely. The Principal, The Management and the staffs are like family members. We learn so much of creativity in little things. It is kind of second home for me.

Excellent school. Excellent ambience for education. Principal madam, vice principal academic and co curricular madam, teacher in charge and other incharges are very helpful, caring and lovable. Each and every teachers are highly qualified and highly ambitious towards their teaching and excellent atmosphere. Thank you Proud to be an Agrasanian.

All total I had a terrible experience. Though Saturdays were mentioned as an off but still teachers are bound to go. There is no half day. Although there is an emergency at home and in the mid of the day one receives a call from the family they will allow you to go but will not pay you for attendance. The total work culture is filled with toxicity. The Principal of the school visits the campus for 30 minutes then returns back and half of the time she remains absent. Teachers with B.Ed and 3 years experience gets to teach PRT classes and those without B.Ed and freshers and most importantly within the known community of the Principal gets to teach the higher classes. There was no log out time. Teachers are mostly found living the campus post 8:30 pm in the evening. Sometimes teachers are even meant to work on Sundays. If one is submitting a medical document (from the OPD), that is considered to be a lame excuse of staying back at home.
