Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Will provide flexible office time. Salary will credit on time 4 to 10 of every month .

...y will always try to through out the person who is highly qualified from them. After a year or six months they will start mentally torture to you for reduce your salary without any reason. Company will never gives you confirmation letter and after joining they will hold your joining letter for six months or 8 months. Always gives you mentally harassment.

Clear-cut discrimination towards the employee, giving preference to people from specific regional backgrounds. HR Policies are restrictive difficult to utilise vacation time leading to unnecessary salary cuts and a lack of communication between HR and senior management The leadership style seemed to lack transparency and open communication, the CEO is a typical "KAREN" character and has the whole and sole authority without regard to anyone's experience and advice The Manufacturing unit has an attrition rate of anyone gets fired, indicating issues with job security company culture, unclear policies, and Lack of standardized policies create an unpredictable work environment Infrastructure is one of the worst, loo stations are always stinking no proper cleaning, Food provided by the company is of the worst quality

Very friendly and happy nature persons in agnis bullion house.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Work life balance is not much good. After 6.30 PM we are staying for work, even we didn't give personal time itself. No Saturday off, 6 days working.
