Zero Work-Life Balance. Really poor management. Despite knowing the reason for attrition, not even a single step taken by Cofounders to improve. Any day can be your last day. No planning at all, namesake brainstorming. Holidays - What are those ? Improper communication. H-E-L-L.

Likes

Working at Agnikul at least for 3 months can teach you a lot, but its not all positive but it is in advanced level of learning. Listing the main experiences from this company to build a good career or if you are planning to start a company, 1. Seeing how poor management and no clear plan can mess up your career and personal life 2. Project failures because of the broken system 3. Learning unethical practices, like how to lie investors, public and genuine employees. 4. How wrong leadership creating failures in projects and resignations. 5. The absence of moral values and respect for work corrodes company culture and dampening productivity and innovation. Another major advantage is "you can become director, president, vice president, project directors etc. in a short time". but you have to node your head for everything to founders and leads. No need of deliverables, education etc

Dislikes

1. Second category leaders are hardworking but they don't know what to work. So this lack of knowledge is the failure of the company. 2. Good employees getting fired suddenly and co founders behaving like robots, while those in the second category just accept it without questioning, shows a lack of fairness and empathy. 3. No respect and appreciations for the work. 4. Using sincere employees and tossing them aside like curry leaves shows a lack of gratitude and respect 5. No HR management 6. Lying to investors, advisors, employees and to the world.

Being a one of a kind startup in India building orbital launch vehicles (based on liquid propulsion entirely), you'll engage in very unique challenges daily which will test your technical skills learnt in college. Since there's a very small number of employees in the company, you get to engage in a lot of tasks, which help you add to your knowledge and skill sets.

Dislikes

Work-life balance does not exist here, understandably so because of a being in the final stages of building its first launch vehicle. Employees get drained out fast and hence quit, which results in the respective teams taking a hit on timelines. Management is very young and inexperienced, hence not knowing how to hold good employees.
