a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Compensation is decent. The work pressure is slightly higher. Sometimes I have to do 2 shifts. Manager do not value individual unique strengths.

1. No proper training. 2. No PF or Health Insurance. 3. No competitior analysis on pricing... so not able to capture even after the Product quality is good. 4. It's best for freshers to learn field job not for Manager level. 5. No holiday even govt holidays, only Sunday holiday. 6. Get ready to travel 100 to 150 kms min everyday in 2 wheeler. 7. No proper sales support to Distributors. 8. Will not increase there market share more than 1200 tons per month.
