no proper support Agni college has paid only less than 45 % salary but doubled the work, they want the facilities to resign and leave the job

It was tolerable since the curriculum was designed or decided by Anna University and nothing more to say as interesting.

Dislikes

compensation is decent but growth potential is not there. The work pressure is very high. Management do not value an individual's unique strength and absolutely there is no appraisals.
