Mphrx Pros - Nice salary, flexibility of working Cons- People don’t know how to talk here, too much pressure, no streamlined processes and worst culture. Agilon Health Pros- streamlined process, nice culture Cons- Too much micromanaging at every level

They pay you more but be ready to be treated like they own you because they paid you more.

Dislikes

Bad work culture. Consistent job insecurity. High levels of micromanagement. Top management decisions that go wrong would spiral down on all employees creating pressure and work-life imbalance.

Work is descent and initial raise while joining is good

No appraisal or increase in salary. As much as 100% difference in salaries between people of same level. Top level people will just say whatever they wish and do nothing even after promising.

Agilon is a very new company internationally and also in India so the benefits and salary for the talents are very good.

Dislikes

Since it’s a new company it’s has very unplanned working structure, collaboration, training and low job security with high and targeted workload there also a micro management.
