No Extra benefits than Salary(Birthday gift/Birthday holiday/Completion of years benifit) even no diwali sweets. No opportunities only selected higer level peoples always go on travelling opportunities. Freshers are considered as slave and when they don't have budget they suddenly shifts peoples from one team to another

Agiliad is a growing company which has great work culture and they focus on the employees upskilling, and salaries and promotion are also take care very well.

Dislikes

They delay appraisal letters every year... but do pay arrears.

They provide opportunity to work on new things, there is a lot of scope for technical growth.

Dislikes

1. Work life balance is terrible(it's a regular thing, not occasional) 2. Salary compensation can be improved, paying very less according to market standards 3. They gave me increment in 1st year, but 2nd year no increment at all(even after working for extended hours on daily basis :( ) 4. The culture is very poor, people keep blaming each other for the mistakes instead of looking for a solution, higher authorities also don't pay attention even after complaining about these things.

...are all friendly in nature and always look into your quries and there for you. So the whole process is transparent and you will get job security with great hike in your salary.

I don't see any negative points till the date.

Likes is the hike when you join, post that no hike, no support.

Dislikes

A log list which many of us know about management, managers, appraisals, culture, leadership team. On top of it, there is no leadership team, no vision and you manager will his own ceo and the original ceo does not have any credibility neither in his own company nor inthe market. Very poor
