Location is good. Few co-workers are good, they make good friends. Good opportunity to learn if one is a fresher.

Dislikes

The CEO and managers lack vision. No team building activities or team outings to motivate their employees. They expect you to come to office everyday, even during difficult times. A lot of micro-management. Managers are not approachable. They have attitude problem and lot of favouritism amongst people they are close with. Very unfair hike practices. The state of the office infrastructure or premises is pathetic. In a world where IT companies are having world class office space, Agilepoints' is as bad as it can get.

Nice company to work with great colleagues and very nice place to involve urself in a bigger picture ..I am happy that I can learn many tings which will add value to my profile

HR system is horrible to connect other than that nothing ..it's a small Company u can't expect infrastructure

Filled with unethical and unprofessional people with lot of ego.. You should always hold a bucket to the manager to stay in that company.. Unrecognized product.. Latest technology training only for few.. Personal grudges in between employees and managers.. No professionalism.. Managers does no work other than politics.. Mean minded colleagues..

Dislikes

no proper teammates, training, job security, career growth, salary/appraisal, travel opportunity, politics, work environment, no innovation its a copy of other well known CRM product. Worst work life balance. Worst protocols.. They give you free lunch from a cheap hotel if you work on weekends which is worse than a labor class worker..

Very horrible and terrible experience and not at all supporting environment in company. Suggest to not at all apply by mistake also. It would be nightmare for your lifetime. Pathetic company people n their attitudes. Not at all suggesting to anyone. Be careful. Stay healthy. Covid 19 is far better than Agilepoint
