Dislikes

HR is one of the biggest area that needs to be worked upon. Salary compensation is very much dependent on manager. Sometimes low rating employees are getting more salary hike than rank1 employees. Favoriotism is seen in many deprtments. HR have no role to play in employee growth and compensation. Employees are not heard if they have concern.

...ear if they would say/speak anything it may come their job.Things are flexible..however low pay scale..in finance domain only few people are given add on advantage .Also good employees are not tried ti retain which generally happnes in good co.

...es : Great 6. Roles : divided into 3 major categories, ICA ICB and Managerial 7. Salary and benefits : Above standard, but you have to be very smart at the time of HR salary discussions as they may hire you at lower salary of standard pay scale. They already have a pay range according to the level you will be hired 8. All other basic amenities are there like gym, cafeteria, recreation area 9. Appraisal : Good (generally yearly appraisal, sometime half-yearly) 10. Great place to work : definitely

1. Office located at Manesar, is a remote area very far from Gurgaon 2. Poor nearby accommodation and food facilities 3. Cab facilities are available but not free. Charges are very high and part of salary

salary, work life balance for employee in individual contributer role

Dislikes

Management controlled, micro management, OM/IM review each email if it is being sent to US counter part, IM wont trust OM and OM will not trust supervisor and hence review each and everything, Any suggestion, question from another Senior manager/VP is considered attack on process SM/VP and appropriate counter attack is done, Director/VP/SM in finance are arrogant and once they dislike anything about a person, they totally discard him/her and start noticing very minute details and eventually his career with Agilent is finished, HR is weakest point and dont have any say, if issue is escalated US HR team take stand, One should ask only positive question in town hall with US boss, if any question is asked that your India boss dislike, that person will be on radar, Global job opportunities are only for Senior management who have links with US leadership
