Felt good work environment for personally. One or two teammates are supportive and management is not transparent. There is no chance for chilling like gaming etc. For non Agilent employees there is poor appraisals and not given any bonus or increments. Finally it is not fair to work as non- Agilent employee.

...t address our issues (even in critical situations) and there is lot of politics. There is three months notice period in which they can't pay salary and the trainer is technically poor

nothing,as i am non agilent employee, given feedback as non agilent employee( employee whose salary getting paid from Genius) or review is 5/5 for Agilent Employee

Non agilent employee is treated like , they do not exist.

...rs and colleagues are supportive. Lots of learnings provided related to the job. Salary and perks are much better than any other company.

Flat Hierarchical growth which may lead to monotonous work.

HR is one of the biggest area that needs to be worked upon. Salary compensation is very much dependent on manager. Sometimes low rating employees are getting more salary hike than rank1 employees. Favoriotism is seen in many deprtments. HR have no role to play in employee growth and compensation. Employees are not heard if they have concern.

Agilent has good work culture poor management. Co has good policies for employees beeing US based co u can expect the same..

Dislikes

...ear if they would say/speak anything it may come their job.Things are flexible..however low pay scale..in finance domain only few people are given add on advantage .Also good employees are not tried ti retain which generally happnes in good co.
