Monetary growth needs to update as pay package is very low comparing to other firms. Hefty workload at time.

I like everything about Aggreko. The team mates are very cooperative, about job security it's very poor, salary is average, travels are well planned, not politics in the company, learining is excellent as they offer quality learning facilities and well informed trainers. Working enviroment is good. Innovation is good. Work-life balance is good vacations are well balanced.
