It was good working at this organisation, Good for the freshers, Learnt many things.

Dislikes

Salary/Benefits , Appraisal things are terrible. I was very disappointed with that I had no appraisal at all in my 1.4 years and even no one talked to me about that.And the salary they provide for the given role is also not enough So how employee will have motivation towards their work coz ultimately everyone works for money.

Requires updates in L&D department for more programs for all resources in organization.

Likes

It's a product based company and work pressure only arises when there is a requirement from a client. Therefore I think this company is perfect in terms of work-life balance

Dislikes

As an experienced employee, my job security is okay. But many employees join as a fresher on Process Associate role and after 3-4 months, they are all fired. Company states that there is no longer a requirement for Process Associate. Meanwhile, new freshers continue to join for other openings. I think it would be better if company rearranged job position instead of firing existing employees. This practice harms the company reputation.
