It will be impressive if there is a separate Training department so that there will be more scope for learning and growth in the skill sets.

There is nothing to like about this company. No timely payment of salaries. People are loaded with meetings from morning. We wont be getting time to do our work.Managers are the worst part. They cant even speak proper english.PAY SALARIES FIRST.

No worklife balance No timely payment of salaries. Managemt is worst especially the co founder. People gonna see true colors of the management once the employee resigns

Having good working culture and recognises if works hard and compensation for that work is nice.

There is no maintenance in work life balance. Need to maintain the freedom for each employee then only expect the good outcome from each and everyone.

Everyone are friendly. When you are stuck at something, we will get a good support. We can learn the work in a effective manner.

Expecting some good salary. Tough to get work from home and other permissions.

In Aggne, I really appreciated the way our Director CEO Asha K. communicates through teams meeting with us. We felt much motivated with her ambitions and dedication. Middle management is also supportive for this. Work life balances is perfectly tackled in Aggne. I really wish great journey in Aggne.

Sometimes due to less workload we feels frustrating. But that time we spent time on learning and skills development.
