When met with adversity like Covid, the management could have considered other cost cutting measures like reducing the salaries, instead of harassing employees by putting them in PIP, where its not because of their fault the business has come down. When one demands for loyalty in top management, loyalty cannot be bought, but is build through mutual trust and support, which the top management failed to recognise, panicked and took some wrong decisions.

9 hours complusory sitting and bimoetric some departments are not at all good Cafeteria will make you starve for good food

company was IRDAI government approval company it's very tough job but it's gives good salary and incentives to the employers so we learn how to speak with the customer and more things..
