...have no edigets and manners. My experience with this company is extremely worse. I worked 25 days in this company and still they didn't provide any salary or stipend.

This is the most Lala company i have ever seen in my entire career journey. Highly ill mannered founders with zero ethics. They forced people to work on Saturday and Sundays and asked them to resign if they don’t get satisfactory results overnight as per their expectation. They think they are the lord whatever they want, employees have to follow them. Better to sit at home or work in any “kirana” shops rather than working here . It is even even worse than a parchun shop even a shopkeeper knows how to build trust among customers and achieve higher sales. This organisation knows only one thing if not achieving targets overnight- fire people or pressurised them to the death . Work life balance is zero here, forget the job security. Founders are highly pathetic, inhuman and impatient and full show off. Zero revenue not even 100k per year with high employees attrition rate. They will not sustain in log run with this behaviour and will vanished soon.

DO NOT JOIN!! Young and PROs please head for the 1 or 2 star reviews! Nothing to like about this company except the table, chair and computer they provide you to make you work like a donkey and then abuse you. When you resign from this company forget it if you are going to get a good feedback.

BE INFORMED that all the positive reviews are fake. Please head to the 1 or 2 star reviews to reveal the truth about Agatsa and its worst founders. These two people, Rahul Rastogi and Neha Rastogi along with the digital marketer head, Manvi jha are so cunning! They will be so good with you in the beginning and only if you are worth to them. DON'T FALL for it. It was so difficult for me to survive in such a bad environment. I encourage all the women to come forward about CEO shameful gaze and shameful comments that he passes in front or behind the walls. Be sure that after my comment they are going to do best in fixing his image by the means of fake reviews, videos, posts and other things. If these three people are out this company will be good enough. Neha Rastogi openly abuses and the digital marketer is a very cunning woman. Guys do not fall for the charm! I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. The CFO should kick them out! Please ex-employees come forward and expose them.

Very very corrupt company. No job safety security... they give bad feedback after resignation....and if join agatsa you don't get to know these reviews all will seem okay in starting. Ambitionbox people should protect my identity.

It's a corrupt company. No job security, any day they can terminate. There's lots of drama and for example when I was there if they scold DM lead it will only be to make it look normal or equal and I saw the DM lead M***i J** & CEO R***l R*****i laugh about this in cafeteria an hour later. Males should not get near to DM Lead, the CEO R***l R*****i will not spare this, slowly he will kick you out or terminate you for no reason.......very clever person. The top level is founders and digital marketing lead have deep politics in the work culture. But trust me these people have destroyed my career. I am not able to join anywhere. They give bad feedback. People who r coming from IIT see through this kind of behavior and tell others not to harm their careers by joining this company. They only behave good with people who r very very majboor or they blackmail you if you want to quit.
