It's a good experience working at Aggarwal Public School Ballabgarh. There is no leg pulling among staff. Salaries are, although not as per govt grades, but are good.

Dislikes

School environment is good. Many teachers have been working for more than 25 or 30 years. Opportunities are open for all.

It is said to nice up grooming firm for the overall development in India, with lots of good ethics, good environment with team work, training part is very good salary bar good, appraisal very slow.

Some times the degnified post person, wrongly informed by in charges, due to revanging attitude and rate race.

It was a wonderful experience working with such an educated and cooperative staff of Aggrawal public school. It would be a pleasure if I would get an another chance to work with them

Basically convenc was the main problem for me actually it was very much tuogh for me to take the public transport every day and reach on time to school every day. They should provide the convenc for the teachers too.

It was very good school for me as I could learned School Administration at this school by working as a Head Master, Vice-Principal and Sr. Vice-Principal. During this time, I was working as a Head Examiner of Mathematics with CBSE from 2004 to 2013 and Expert and Resource Person of Mathematics for Ajmer Region from 2010 to 2013 for All India Secondary School Examination of Mathematics. I was also a member of Marking Scheme Committee at CBSE, New Delhi for AISSE Mathematics, Delhi SSE Mathematics and Foreign SSE.
