Company is awesome but management is very wrost.... If any staff resignation from our post they hold his salary..after resignation no one person give any proper response.......

Teammates are supportive but there is no career growth and opportunity. There is no gaming and arcade for chiling for employees to reduce the stress and friendly Envoirment for them.

There is salary and career growth is slow. Management is not proper this covid pandemic situation they are not support to there employees.

So basically there is any toxic culture in this organisation. All of employees work in a team with full fun. No one create any kind of pressure on you to do that job forcefully.

I Amit Mishra have worked in AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS FOR 14 MONTHS , One day I was asked to resign forcefully without any reason or giving me any notice by Gayatri Jha (Vise president) saying that If I don't resign my salary will be stopped, so I submitted my resignation without saying a word. All my attendance of April month has been rejected by Gayatri ma'am even though after working for almost the whole April month I haven't received my salary and there is no response when I ask about it. So at last I am writing this after getting tired and this my request to Agarwal Packers and movers Ltd to Kindly check and clear my salary for which I had worked for, my last date of work was 21st April. Also in March I had received a lesser amount of salary compare to previous months I had mailed to HR regarding this issue but there was no response even after repeated reminders. So kindly look into this and clear it asap I am attaching all the screenshots of this matter

I really enjoyed working at APML, especially the people who are very helpful and have very positive nature. everyone is fine

Only the thing which I dislike was salary. They have also provide internship and treat your experience person on top. Give me good salary. So that they'll do there work more efficient and from the heart. Overall it is go else.
