Overall good working environment. Teammates are very caring, supportive and transparent. Open work culture. Accounting system is so transparent.

Dislikes

Management is not so much transparent. Salary hike is not decent. Carrier growth is very slow. Job security is big issue. No skill development program for new joinees. There is learning by doing but no formal training Offer by company during the course of job.

Few people practice favoritism which sometimes hurts but overall its an excellent organization to be part of.

For me nothing is dislike, everything was good and learning experience for me while working at Aga Khan Academy Hyderabad

most of post are contractual basis and senior management don't take seriously freshers or unexperienced qualified staff and show high machiavellianism toward new peoples.and no trainings has been given.
