Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees.

There are no differencs between senior and junior even 12th class pass showing more knowledge from you Gandi politics by DGM (Madam mumbai ) supported only his localities even they don't have more knowledge apart from it she is supporting but if you will be other state except from MH (best clients given to her 12th class staff for making more sales & CEO not good he is blind he is not capable to see right person (staff ) for his company Note company is good Thank you

It's knowledge centre. it's depending on person to person how they take the opportunity. Fresher can start their carrier with AG Poly packs. It's fast growing company. From Trading to Manufacturing stage it's great achivement. Every successful / established organization gone through hurdles. Management is good. Mumbai team, Delhi team both are cooperative. Everyone is treat you like family member.

Dislikes

Monthly Reports. It's common at every organization. It's like your non favourite subject. You don't like History but no choice need to study. Although it's once in a month.
