Culture: AG has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees.

There are no differencs between senior and junior even 12th class pass showing more knowledge from you Gandi politics by DGM (Madam mumbai ) supported only his localities even they don't have more knowledge apart from it she is supporting but if you will be other state except from MH (best clients given to her 12th class staff for making more sales & CEO not good he is blind he is not capable to see right person (staff ) for his company Note company is good Thank you

From Trading to Manufacturing stage it's great achivement. Every successful / established organization gone through hurdles. Management is good. Mumbai team, Delhi team both are cooperative. Everyone is treat you like family member.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st.
